Individual showing is preferred to prevent overcrowding and minimize the potential risk of infection. Homeowners should preferably leave switches on, doors, and cabinets on to minimize the possible contact during a showing. Additionally, agents should provide clients with Lysol wipes or disposable gloves during showing events for use when opening doors. The use of facilities such as washrooms, sitting, or touching furniture should be minimized at all costs. Lastly, real estate companies should utilize technology, such as virtual showing reduce face-to-face meetings.
